FAQs
What are the three audio modes and when should I use them?
- Lossless Mode: For studio-level high-fidelity listening (96kHz/24-bit), perfect for music lovers.

- Auracast Mode: Broadcast to multiple devices simultaneously, great for group listening.
What’s included in the box?
Each unit comes with a carry bag, USB-C® charging cable, 3.5mm AUX cable, and the FWD Tx USB-C® Wireless Transmitter for seamless wireless connectivity.
Can I use MIX™ if I forget to charge it?
Yes! MIX™ features a 3.5mm AUX input for backup wired use. While you’ll still hear music in this passive mode, digital features like ANC and enhanced DSP will be inactive.
MIX™ claims 100 hours of battery life without ANC. At what volume is that tested?
At 50% volume, MIX™ delivers approximately 100 hours of playback time with ANC turned off.
Are MIX™ headphones comfortable for long wear?
Yes. MIX™ is lightweight, with memory foam ear cushions and an adjustable headband designed for all-day comfort.
Is MIX™ good for creators or gamers?+
Absolutely. The Low Latency mode is ideal for real-time video syncing or gaming, while its balanced sound and customizable design make it ideal for on-camera creators.
Can I broadcast music to multiple headphones using MIX™?
Yes. With Auracast mode (via the included FWD Tx transmitter), you can broadcast audio to multiple devices effortlessly.
Which charger should I use to charge my MIX™?
For the best performance, we recommend charging MIX™ with a USB power adapter rated 5W or higher. This limitation helps protect battery health and ensures stable performance during use.
